Gift Voucher

Select the amount you want to buy, go to checkout, and purchase your gift voucher. You will be sent a receipt for your purchase. you will then receive a second receipt of your E-Card Gift Voucher with its unique code to enter at checkout.

How to use a Gift Card

The option to add a gift card for payment appears on checkout only when there are active gift cards.  When making a purchase in your store, a customer can redeem the value of a gift card by entering its unique code in the appropriate field at checkout. Gift card codes aren't case-sensitive.

The balance on a gift card can be spent on more than one order. Gift card balances are applied to the total value of an order, which can include taxes and shipping.

When a customer redeems a gift card, the checkout displays one of the following options:

• If the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, then the customer can click Complete order.
• If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, then the customer is prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.

Note

To buy a Gift Card for someone, the customer needs to forward the Gift Card email to the recipient.

Gift Cards can be bought in multiples to be used for a total value - i.e. 1 x £100 1 x £300 to give a total Gift Card present value of £400.

If bought at the same time, this will be shown on one Gift Card email.

There is no expiry time on the Gift Cards.
