Delivery And Returns

DELIVERY:

For security reasons, Emma Hope online purchases may be delivered only to the billing address of your credit card and will require a signature by an adult aged over 18 upon delivery. Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or BFPO addresses.

Delivery charges are specified when you place an order. Orders are processed and delivered Monday to Friday, excluding public and bank holidays. Emma Hope cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.

 

We aim to get all orders delivered in 1 - 5 working days.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES:

Emma Hope will not be liable for any shipping duties or tax levied by another country.

RETURNS POLICY:

Emma Hope offers full refund excluding shipping cost and international duties if applicable within 14 days of receiving your order. Items should be returned at your cost with all the original packaging to:

If an alternative size is required, please contact us to reserve a new pair. These will be sent to you once your original shoes have been received in resalable condition.

It is entirely up to you how you return your order. However, we recommend that you insure your parcel as we will not refund goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
