ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE

The purchase of merchandise through the Emma Hope website is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts on the Site in accordance with English law.

In order to make purchases through the Site, you will be requested to register and provide your personal details. In particular, customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, when ordering items, you will be required to provide payment details and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.

The Site is available only to individuals and others who meet the EH terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit card by a bank acceptable to EH, whose applications are acceptable to EH and who have authorised EH to process a charge or charges on their credit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise which they purchase (see Payment). Purchases made on the Site are for the personal or gift use of the buyer only and are not to be used for re-sale, commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit. EH reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address.

Moreover, by making an offer to purchase merchandise, you expressly authorise us to perform credit checks and, where EH feels necessary, to transmit or to obtain information (including any updated information) about you to or from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to your credit-card number or credit reports (including credit reports for your spouse if you reside in a community property jurisdiction), to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.

PLACING YOUR ORDER

  • Shop by browsing through the 'Online shop’ 
  • Click on the image / collection to access the individual item's product page where you will be given information on sizing and colour options. 
  • Add merchandise to your shopping bag by clicking on the 'Please add to my shopping bag' button near the desired item. 
  • Review the items you have chosen in your shopping bag. To delete an item from your shopping bag, click on the 'Remove' button next to the item. To change the number of items click on 'update shopping bag' and key in the new quantity. 
  • Resume shopping after viewing your shopping bag; click the 'Continue browsing' button. 
  • Proceed to checkout to finalize your purchases and follow the instructions.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. All communications including advertisements made by EH and all information on this Site are invitations to treat only and are not offers or unilateral contracts.

The Site displays products which form part of its collection. They are normally products that are in stock and available for dispatch from our one of our stores. Occasionally, however, we may be waiting for shipments from our suppliers or the product may have sold out. If this is the case, you may simply choose to register your email address for notification of arrival of the selected merchandise not held in stock.

If you have registered your email address for notification of the arrival of a specific product featured on our website, we will attempt to notify you by email within 24 hours of the product becoming available on the Site. Please note that on occasion certain products that are in particularly high demand will sell out during this period. Should this be the case, you can contact us via email on mailorder@emmahope.co.uk or by telephone on + 44 (0) 207 313 7490 where we In the case of items not being available we will then notify you of when the item requested is next available in store. In the meantime will keep your request on our wish list and contact you should the item again become available to arrange payment details. Prices shown on the Site are in GBP and are inclusive of all taxes if appropriate. All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The price of a product displayed on the Site at the time the order is accepted will be honoured. You will also incur carriage costs. If you are buying from outside the UK, you may also incur duties levied by the jurisdiction to which you have specified delivery. Please refer to the sections on Shipping Rates and Policies.

PAYMENT

All prices include VAT at the applicable current rates, but exclude delivery charges unless expressly stated otherwise. Emma Hope accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

  • Google/Apple pay

The transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, and confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to be dispatched. Your credit card will not be charged at the time you submit your order.

DELIVERY

For security reasons, Emma Hope online purchases may be delivered only to the billing address of your credit card and will require a signature by an adult aged over 18 upon delivery. Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or BFPO addresses.

Delivery charges are specified when you place an order. Please allow one to two business days for process of your order unless expressly stated otherwise, in addition to the delivery service time which will be one to four business days. All purchases are delivered by Air Courier International. Orders are processed and delivered Monday to Friday, excluding public and bank holidays. Emma Hope cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.

Insurance

EH insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. You will be asked to sign for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Emma Hope wants to ensure your complete satisfaction. For EH online purchases, we will accept returns of goods not worn, used or damaged for a full refund or exchange or Credit. Please note goods purchased online can only be accepted as returns via our Online Store and will not be refunded at any of our London Store but can be exchanged or Credit note given.


Every effort will be made to issue a prompt refund within 30 days from our receipt of your written notice of cancellation. We will send you an email notification once the return has been processed.

How to Proceed If You Wish To Return Faulty Goods

Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

Exchanges may be possible (at your option) if the item is available. We can only exchange faulty items for the same item in the same size, subject to availability.

Where possible items may be repaired on request but only where such items are deemed faulty and repairable. Repairs do not come with any guarantees. All our products are guaranteed for 12 months. After this warranty period we can still arrange for repairs but we will not be responsible for the cost.

Returns Policy for Items on Sale - same policy as above except:

Any items returned outside this time frame are accepted at the discretion of Emma Hope and can only be refunded as a 'store credit'.

Gift Returns

If you have received an item bought online from the Site as a gift you can return it in exchange for an online credit to your emmahope.com account (you will need to be registered with us). These online store credits expire after 12 months. This allows you to exchange your unwanted gift for another item by using this credit to place a new order online. Please be aware that you will be required to pay any difference in cost and any additional shipping, taxes and import duties. Any unused credit will remain on your account until your next online purchase at www.emmahope.com
